I think a Top Level Domain representation should be a community right (something like a human right for communities).

For Lojban: .jbo
For the constructed language Lojban, whose community I expect to see grow in the near future, I propose the .jbo TLD, which "jbo" comes from "lojbo" meaning "pertaining to Lojban", in Lojban itself.
